BRICEVILLE, TENNESSEE
One of the earliest health fairs in the history of SHC took place in Briceville.  The local PTA served as host for the students, under the leadership of the legendary Byrd Duncan.  Community leaders put together one of the first clinics to flow from the SHC Health Fairs, in 1975.  A donated trailer provided the structure, staffed by a receptionist and lab tech from the community and a nurse practitioner.  The clinic remains in operation today.
