Farmer's Markets

 

Focus on healthy food became an inevitable project for the students and communities.  Bill Dow eventually left Tennessee and the Coalition to establish one of the first organic farms in North Carolina.  
Farmer's Markets, circumventing conventional economies of food and food distribution soon grew up around the south, with former Coalitioners a driving force.
